So, what is Dreamland?

When we decided to host an event called Dreamland, we knew it had to be more than just another run-of-the-mill gathering. It needed to be something memorable, something bold, something that would leave attendees wondering, “Did I dream that, or was it real?” Spoiler alert: It was very real, and it was a huge success (if we do say so ourselves).

Setting the Scene

Picture this: a vibey Shoreditch venue, 150+ buzzing attendees, and a lineup of speakers so impressive that even we had to pinch ourselves. From global brands like Fila and Absolute Collagen to hoodies from Hoodrich and glam from Juicy Couture, the event felt like a Pinterest board come to life—with just the right amount of chaos.

We had tradies mingling with techies, marketers exchanging notes with pizza enthusiasts (thanks, Pizza Union!), and everyone collectively pretending not to notice how much OctaneAI stickers were sticking to their shoes.

What Went Down

Here’s the thing about Dreamland: it wasn’t your typical “corporate” event. Sure, there were insightful talks and impressive panels, but we ditched the stiff suits and PowerPoint slides. Instead, we created an environment where ideas could flow as freely as the coffee (and trust us, there was a lot of coffee).

Some highlights included:

Speakers Who Brought the Heat: From the Head of Ecom at Juicy Couture to Darcy of Absolute Collagen, every panel was packed with insights, anecdotes, and just the right amount of banter. One speaker even dropped the phrase “pivot or perish,” which we’re definitely putting on a t-shirt.
A Networking Break to Remember: Let’s just say the snacks might have stolen the show (seriously, who knew pizza could double as a networking tool?). Pro tip: Nothing says “collaboration” like bonding over a shared love of pepperoni.
